Gaurav Singh, a Practicing Company Secretary, is the founder of Gaurav Singh & Associates and a seasoned professional in the field of Corporate Compliance, Due Diligence, Taxation and Business Advisory. He is a Commerce graduate from the University of Calcutta and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He is also a Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant, bringing a comprehensive understanding of both corporate law and finance to his practice.
Known for his strong commitment to transparency and accountability, he specializes in Company Law, Secretarial Compliance, Business Advisory, Due Diligence, and the drafting of commercial and legal agreements. With in-depth expertise in accountancy, ROC matters, GST, and Income Tax, supported by hands-on experience in corporate and secretarial compliance, he delivers high-quality documentation including agenda notes, resolutions, minutes, and reports in full alignment with the Company Law and applicable Secretarial Standards. He also ensures accurate and compliant tax preparation under GST and Income Tax laws.
In addition to leading Gaurav Singh & Associates, he serves as a Designated Partner at DSG Corporate Financial Advisors LLP, where he continues to provide strategic consultancy and advisory support to a diverse clientele.
